We only process personal data of our users to the extent necessary for the provision of a functional website, our iOS app and our services. The processing is based on the GDPR, in particular Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent), lit. b (contract performance) and lit. f (legitimate interest).
3. Access Data and Server Log Files
The following data is automatically collected when visiting our website:
- IP address
- Date and time of the request
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referrer URL
This data serves technical security and error analysis and is deleted after 7 days. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Our website uses cookies for technical provision. You can disable the storage of cookies in your browser. Consent for non-essential cookies is obtained via a banner.

Our website uses HTTPS/SSL for secure data transmission.
6. iOS Applications
All apps process data exclusively locally or via iCloud. No transmission to the provider takes place. Features such as CloudKit sharing and StoreKit2 subscriptions use Apple services, whose privacy policies apply.
7. Third Parties and Hosting
Our website is operated by a German hosting provider. There is a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. No tracking or analysis tools are used.

When using iCloud services, data transfer to the USA may occur. Apple is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of storage ceases or statutory retention periods have expired.
11. Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g., the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
